1. Accepted Payment Methods

Checkout displays only payment methods that are currently enabled and properly configured for our store. Depending on availability, these may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and supported secure online payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Afterpay. If a method is unavailable or not fully configured, it will not appear as a customer payment option.

All product prices and checkout totals are displayed in US Dollars (USD $).

3. When Will I Be Charged?

Online payments: You complete payment through the selected payment provider during checkout. Your order payment status is updated after successful provider confirmation.
Cash on Delivery: When COD is available and selected, payment is collected at delivery.

4. Payment Security

Our checkout is intended to operate over HTTPS/SSL. Online payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider through its secure payment flow. Planet Bag Hub does not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes in the store database.

5. Order and Payment Status

Order fulfillment status and payment status are tracked separately. Customers may receive emails for order confirmation, payment confirmation, packing, shipping, delivery, cancellation, and refund updates.

6. Taxes

If sales tax is applicable and enabled for an order, the amount is shown at checkout before the order is submitted. Tax obligations may vary by location.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Approved online-payment refunds are generally returned through the original payment method when supported. Cash on Delivery refunds are arranged by our support team. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
